General Terms and Conditions of JustBolt GmbH

As of April 2026

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between JustBolt GmbH (hereinafter "JustBolt") and its private customers (consumers within the meaning of BGB §13) for the provision of broadband internet services (fixed-line fibre, FTTH).

1.2 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply.

2. Subject Matter

2.1 JustBolt provides publicly accessible telecommunications services in the form of broadband internet access via fibre infrastructure (FTTH). The plans and their technical parameters (in particular speeds per BEREC standard) are set out in the respective product description and the Product Information Sheet (PIB) pursuant to TKG §43b.

2.2 JustBolt is not obliged to provide services outside the available coverage area.

3. Contract Conclusion (BGB §312i, Art. 246a EGBGB)

3.1 The customer's contractual offer is made by clicking the order button "Order with obligation to pay". Before submitting the order, the customer receives a summary of the key contract terms (plan, price incl. VAT, contract term, right of withdrawal).

3.2 The contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by JustBolt (by email).

3.3 The contract language is German. The contract text is stored after conclusion and sent to the customer by email.

4. Prices, VAT and Payment Terms (PAngV)

4.1 All prices quoted are gross prices including statutory VAT (currently 19%). The monthly base fee, one-time setup fees and the total costs over the minimum term are shown on the product page and in the Product Information Sheet.

4.2 The monthly base fee is due on the 1st of each month by SEPA direct debit or bank transfer.

4.3 Price increases will be communicated to the customer in writing at least 1 month before they take effect. The customer has a special right of termination in this case (TKG §68 para. 3).

5. Contract Term and Termination (TKG §68)

5.1 Plans with a 24-month minimum term: the contract automatically renews for an indefinite period after the minimum term expires and can then be terminated with 1 month's notice. There is no automatic renewal for a further 12 or 24 months.

5.2 Monthly plans (no minimum term) can be terminated at any time with 1 month's notice.

5.3 Termination may be given in writing (post), by email, or via the online cancellation form on our website. Termination by post only is not required.

5.4 Special termination rights exist: (a) in the event of a permanent failure to reach the contractually guaranteed minimum speed pursuant to TKG §57; (b) in the event of price increases or material contract changes; (c) in the event of relocation where the service is not available at the new address.

6. Provider Switching and Number Portability (TKG §55)

6.1 The customer has the right to switch to another provider seamlessly. JustBolt will actively support the switching process and will not make it more difficult through hidden fees or bureaucratic hurdles.

6.2 Number portability is available free of charge on request.

7. Service Description and Speeds (TKG §57, BEREC)

7.1 JustBolt provides internet services based on FTTH (fibre to the home). For each plan the following speed values are given: maximum, advertised, normally available, and minimum — for both download and upload (in accordance with BEREC guidelines).

7.2 The minimum speed is contractually guaranteed. If it is permanently not reached, the customer has a special right of termination. Measurement is via the Bundesnetzagentur broadband measurement tool (breitbandmessung.de).

7.3 JustBolt does not operate traffic management that prioritises or disadvantages certain content or services (net neutrality per EU Regulation 2015/2120). There is no throttling after reaching a data volume.

8. Right of Withdrawal (BGB §355, §356)

8.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The full withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are available at /widerruf.

8.2 If the customer requests activation of the service before the withdrawal period expires, they must expressly confirm this. In this case the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance of the contract; for partial performance, proportional compensation is due.

9. Liability

9.1 JustBolt is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

9.2 In cases of simple negligence, JustBolt is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

9.3 The limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body or health, or from mandatory statutory liability provisions.

10. Data Protection

10.1 JustBolt processes personal data of the customer in accordance with GDPR and TKG §205 et seq. exclusively for contract performance and legally permissible purposes. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy at /legal.

11. Dispute Resolution (VSBG, ODR Regulation)

11.1 JustBolt is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes: Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.

11.2 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Final Provisions

12.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

12.2 The place of jurisdiction for consumers is the general place of jurisdiction of the customer pursuant to §§12, 13 ZPO.

12.3 Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

12.4 JustBolt reserves the right to amend these Terms with one month's notice. The customer has a special right of termination in this case.

These Terms take effect in April 2026 and replace all previous versions.
